This approachable light roast coffee is sweetly fruity and citrusy. Vanilla in the aftertaste. Doesn't make a big deal out of himself, but lets the coffee moment be exactly what it is. Soft, medium-bodied mouthfeel.

The coffee from producer Pedro Humberto Veloso's Santa Cecilia farm in Carmo do Paranaíba is a Yellow Bourbon variety. The Veloso family has been involved in coffee farming since 1977 and two generations of the family are currently working on the farm.
30% of the farm's total area is a nature reserve. Part of the farm's cultivation area also serves as an experimental area for testing different variants.
