Return conditions in Finland
The customer has a 14-day right of return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to unused and salable products in the original packaging. The customer will not incur shipping costs at Posti when he uses our customer return code 661016 or the Helposti code available through Posti's website to send the package.
An electronic return notification must be submitted before sending the product back. The return notice should be sent to the email address: petteri@wolmark.fi.
Pack the product(s) well, and fill out and attach the product return form that came with the shipment to the return.
Return via Posti:
Write our address information and customer return code on the package and take the package to Posti. Customer return shipping via Posti is free of charge for the customer. Our customer return code is 661016.

If the product is returned to Wølmark Finland Oy by other means, the sender is responsible for the costs of the return and they will not be reimbursed.

We do not accept returns more than 14 days after receiving the delivery. The processing time for returns is 10 – 14 business days. Once the return is approved, the refund will be paid to the original payment method.
If delivery costs have been paid for the paid product when placing the order,shipping costswill not be refunded. From returned products we reduce shipping cost of the return from the order.
Failure to pick up the order without an electronic return notification is not a product return.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the package is picked up on time from the pick-up point. The unclaimed package will be returned to the sender, and the order will be refunded using the original payment method. We charge €10 in costs for an order not picked up. A package returned as an office return will not be sent again.
Keep the receipt from the return shipment until you have received a refund or confirmation that the return/exchange has been processed. If the return shipment is lost during transport, Wølmark Finland Oy is not obliged to refund products that have not arrived back to the company as a return, if the customer cannot prove that he has sent the products back. The receipt from the return shipment serves as proof of the return if the package is lost.
Exchanges
The exchange is only possible for a different size of the same product or a product of the same price. We do not reserve products for exchange in advance. Send the product to us according to the instructions above. When your package arrives and is processed, we check the product status and send a new product on its way. However, if the size you wanted is out of stock, we will give you a refund for the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation in your email when your case has been processed.

Contact our customer service palvelijanne@wolmark.fi and you will receive instructions for the return from us. Fill out and include the return form that came with the order with the return package.

In the notification, state your name, order number and phone number, as well as which products you want to return. You will receive a return consignment note and return instructions with the order. The price of the return is 15.00 euros, which will be deducted in connection with the refund. You will also receive return instructions on paper with your order.
Countries outside Europe
An electronic return notice must be submitted before sending the product back. The return notification must be sent to the email address: petteri@wolmark.fi. In the notification, state your name, order number and phone number, as well as which products you want to return. Once we have received your return notification, we will send you the consignment note and instructions by email. The price of the return is EUR 20.00, which will be deducted in connection with the refund. You will also receive return instructions on paper with your order.
Problem situations in transport and regarding defective products
If the product is lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately to petteri@wolmark.fi.
Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the package is damaged in the mail, the product must be immediately complained to the mail.
