Refund policy in Finland

The customer has a 14-day right of return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right to return only applies to unused and salable products in the original packaging. The customer will not incur any delivery costs at Posti when he uses our Customer Return Code: 661016 or the Easy Code available through Posti's pages to send the package.

Returns must be reported electronically before returning the product. The return notification must be sent to the e-mail address: petteri@wolmark.fi.

Pack the product (s) well, and fill out and attach the product return form that came with the return.

Return via Post:

Write our address information and customer return ID on top of the package and take the package to the Post Office. Customer return shipping via Post is free of charge for the customer. Our customer return ID is 661016.

If the product is returned to Wølmark Finland Oy in another way, the sender is responsible for the return costs and they will not be refunded.

We do not receive returns more than 14 days after receiving delivery. Returns take 10 to 15 business days to process. Once the refund is accepted, the refund will be paid to the original payment method.

If the customer returns the order to Wølmark Finland Oy in full, we will return the original delivery costs charged to the customer in connection with the order. Otherwise, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Failure to pick up your order without an electronic return notification is not a product return.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the package is picked up on time from the pick-up point. Any package not picked up will be returned to the sender and the order will be refunded with the original payment method. We will charge € 10 for an order not picked up. A package returned as a site return will not be resent.

Keep the receipt for the return shipment until you receive a refund or acknowledgment that the return / exchange has been completed. If the return shipment is lost during transport, Wølmark Finland Oy is not obliged to refund the products that have not been returned to the company as a return if the customer cannot prove that he has returned the products. A receipt for a return shipment serves as proof of return if the package is lost.

Exchanges

You can only switch to a different size or the same price for the same product. We do not book products for exchange in advance. Follow the instructions above to send us the product. When your package arrives and is processed, we will review the product status and put the new product on the road. However, if you have run out of the size you requested, we will credit you with the original payment method. You will receive a receipt in your email once the matter has been processed.

Return terms from outside Finland

In the notification, state your name, order number and telephone number, and which products you want to return. You will receive a return shipping book and return instructions with your order. The price of the refund is 15.00 euros, which will be deducted in connection with the refund. You will also receive return instructions in hard copy with your order.

Non - European countries

Returns must be reported electronically before returning the product. The return notification must be sent to the e-mail address: petteri@wolmark.fi. In the notification, state your name, order number and telephone number, and which products you want to return. Once we have received your return notification, we will send you a waybill and instructions via email. The price of the refund is 20.00 euros, which will be deducted in connection with the refund. You will also receive return instructions in hard copy with your order.

Problem situations during transport and for defective products

If the product has been lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately to petteri@wolmark.fi.

Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. If the package is damaged in the mail, a complaint must be made to the product in the mail immediately.
