General information about the online store

Wølmark Finland Oy (3128337-3) sells products to private individuals of legal age in Finland and the rest of the world. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and postage.

Ordering

The products are ordered from wolmark.fi.

All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or for clarifying any ambiguities that arise in it. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have familiarized yourself with and agree to the delivery conditions valid at any given time.

All orders are confirmed by email, which states the price of the order, shipping costs and the ordered products. In order to receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address when ordering.

Order confirmation

We will send an order confirmation by e-mail, where you can see:

  • Order reference/order number
  • The contact information you provided
  • Purchased products and their price
  • Your chosen payment method

Wølmark Finland Oy reserves the right to cancel the customer's order when there is a clear pricing error. Due to a pricing error, the order can be canceled if there is a significant difference from the normal price of the product and the average consumer would be considered to have understood that it was a mistake. For example, the situation where the price of the product is EUR 0.00 is counted as a pricing error.

Payment methods

The products and their postage are paid when ordering. The following payment methods can be used in the online store: Paytrail Oyj:n me Klarna Bank ABpayment services of .

The payment service provider Paytrail Oyj accepts the most common bank and credit cards as well as online bank payments, which you can find information about from here. The order can also be paid by invoice in parts using Klarna's services, the terms of which you can find here from here.

Online banks

The payment brokerage service related to online bank payments is implemented by Klarna Bank AB (556737-0431) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. From the user's point of view, the service works just like traditional online payment.

Delivery time

Order delivery time to Finland is 2-5 business days and to the rest of Europe 10 business days. Weekends and holidays may affect the delivery time of orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect harm caused by delays. Deviating delivery times are announced on the online store's front page.

If the customer wants to exchange the product, the customer must pay the delivery and return fee of the exchange product (possible).

Delivery tracking:

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to the address specified when placing the order.

Return and exchange

Return conditions in Finland

The customer has a 14-day right of return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to unused and salable products in the original packaging. The customer will not incur shipping costs at Posti when he uses our customer return code 661016 or the Helposti code available through Posti's website to send the package.

An electronic return notification must be submitted before sending the product back. The return notice should be sent to the email address: petteri@wolmark.fi.

Pack the product(s) well, and fill out and attach the product return form that came with the shipment to the return.

Return via Posti:

Write our address information and customer return code on the package and take the package to Posti. Customer return shipping via Posti is free of charge for the customer. Our customer return code is 661016.

You can also send the package with the Helposti code, you can find more information here: www.posti.fi/palautapaketti.

If the product is returned to Wølmark Finland Oy by other means, the sender is responsible for the costs of the return and they will not be reimbursed.

We do not accept returns more than 14 days after receiving the delivery. The processing time for returns is 10 – 15 business days. Once the return is approved, the refund will be paid to the original payment method.

If delivery costs have been paid for the paid product when placing the order, the delivery costs will not be refunded.

Not picking up the order without an electronic return notice is not a product return.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the package is picked up on time from the pick-up point. The unclaimed package will be returned to the sender, and the order will be refunded using the original payment method. We charge €10 for an order not picked up. A package returned as an office return will not be sent again.

Keep the receipt from the return shipment until you have received a refund or confirmation that the return/exchange has been processed. If the return shipment is lost during transport, Wølmark Finland Oy is not obliged to refund products that have not arrived back to the company as a return, if the customer cannot prove that he has sent the products back. The receipt from the return shipment serves as proof of the return if the package is lost.

Exchanges

The exchange is only possible for a different size of the same product or a product of the same price. We do not reserve products for exchange in advance. Send the product to us according to the instructions above. When your package arrives and is processed, we check the product status and send a new product on its way. However, if the size you wanted is out of stock, we will give you a refund for the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation in your email when your case has been processed.

Return conditions from outside Finland

The customer has a 14-day right of return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to unused and salable products in the original packaging.

Contact our customer service palvelijanne@wolmark.fi and you will receive instructions for the return from us. Fill out and include the return form that came with the order with the return package.

Europe

An electronic return notification must be submitted before sending the product back. The return notification must be sent to the email address: petteri@wolmark.fi. In the notification, state your name, order number and phone number, as well as which products you want to return. You will receive a return consignment note and return instructions with the order. The price of the return is 15.00 euros, which will be deducted in connection with the refund. You will also receive return instructions on paper with your order.

Countries outside Europe

An electronic return notification must be submitted before sending the product back. The return notification must be sent to the email address: petteri@wolmark.fi. In the notification, state your name, order number and phone number, as well as which products you want to return. Once we have received your return notification, we will send you the consignment note and instructions by email. The price of the return is EUR 20.00, which will be deducted in connection with the refund. You will also receive return instructions on paper with your order.

Problem situations in transport and regarding defective products

If the product is lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately to petteri@wolmark.fi.

Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the package is damaged in the mail, the product must be immediately complained to the mail.

Wølmark 10 year warranty

Our products have a 10-year warranty for all breakages caused by production. The customer must register his product/products on the warranty page in the online store. If the customer does not do this, the customer is not entitled to the warranty. The customer has three (3) months to register the product. If the customer does not register the product within three months, the customer is no longer entitled to a 10-year warranty.

The 10-year warranty on the products primarily means the sewn seams of the products. Each product is checked and evaluated on a product-by-product basis when applying for a warranty. If the product is broken for another reason (e.g. intentional breaking), the customer is not entitled to a warranty.

The warranty is included in all Wølmark Finland products, excluding consumer goods such as mittens, claws, mittens or socks.

The customer is obliged to pay the postage fees to and fro when delivering the product for warranty repair.

Change

We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. Before placing an order, the customer must familiarize himself with the delivery conditions valid at any given time.

Wølmark Finland Oy processes all customer data in complete confidence. Wølmark Finland Oy undertakes not to disclose customer data to third parties. Information is disclosed to third parties only in connection with the conditions mentioned in the privacy statement, such a party is, for example, payment service providers.

Force majeure: If the fulfillment of the obligations mentioned in these terms and conditions is not possible in the event of a force majeure event (due to war, natural event, disaster, legislation or authority decision, strike or other comparable event), then the customer is not entitled to receive compensation from Wølmark Finland Oy.

Finnish law applies to these conditions.
